The Melissa & Doug Unit Blocks on Wheels is a great toy for toddlers. The blocks allow them to use their imagination to build things. A novel idea in this day and age of electronic noisemakers. The wagon that the blocks come in is very useful for them too. Our kids loved to put the blocks in the wagon and pull it around the house. Early in our kids tactile development, they wanted us to help them stack the blocks, basically so they could knock them down. But as they got more coordinated, they began to stack them on their own.
I think that these block and wagon are a great addition to any child’s toy collection because they force the child to use their imagination. Kids do want toys that stimulate their imagination and allow them to create their own play world.
